In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, The Power Brunch at Smoked sets the tone for Rosé Resilience: The Power Wears Prada with an intentional and uplifting gathering designed to nourish both connection and conversation.

This experience creates space for honest dialogue around the realities women navigate every day, including balancing career and personal life, identity and self-worth, the mental load and burnout, and the loss and reclaiming of self. It also opens the door to meaningful conversations around workplace expectations of women and the pressure to “have it all.”
 
Through guided discussion and shared experiences, guests will have the opportunity to connect with other women, reflect on where they currently are in life, and engage in a supportive environment that prioritizes mental wellness. The brunch will also provide access to mental health and wellness resources, reinforcing the importance of care, community, and continued support.

Before the screening, guests will enjoy an intimate pre-show discussion with Minh Le, the visionary behind 831MINHLE, a private-client luxury fashion house rooted in precision, discretion, and intention. Known for creating custom, made-to-measure garments for a global clientele of leaders, executives, and cultural figures. Minh Le approaches fashion as more than clothing. It is a tool of confidence, power, and personal transformation, designed to reflect individuality and presence. This discussion will set the tone for the film, inviting guests to reflect on how we show up in our own lives, professionally, personally, and authentically.
